Lean it out to 11.5:1, there's no more cooling to be had from gasoline past that mark.

Pay more attention to the ignition timing. Play around a bit, find out where best power is made. Jack it back a few degrees since you're going to be hammer down all the time and it needs to hold together.

How much are those tires apiece? How long do they last?

DSM blow off valve under the charge pipe with it blowing on the throttle cable.
22 degrees too much?
We tried more but it didn't make any more so we backed it off a little.

Tires are 186 each shipped to our door. They last about 4 weekends up front then get moved to the back. New ones up front doing the digging.

I didn't say that. You can jack LS timing all over the place without detonating, but that doesn't mean your best power is just anywhere.

Keep plugging, you're doing fine. I <3 old skool HFs

looks like you could mount a DSM side mount in the pipe and use an uber JDM hood scoop. Top mount IC

I got fucked up the butt with 300 dollar mounts that looked like ----, fit like ----, waited 10 weeks also, I couldn't trust they where right. So I fired up the welder spent 6-8 hours and made my own. I will tell you, that ------- motor is in there right!!! I also bump steered it too sence I had everything mocked up anyway. Solid motor mounts present a new set of problems.

Haha, I'm feeling that driver's mount. I'd have probably tried to make the mount off the front of the block, like those era engines do, and just eaten up space best occupied by turbo ----.

JD,
Look up a few pictures. Look just to the left of the charge pipe. See the black mount going to the other drivers side mount? Old picture sorry
