99 GSR turbo questions

My friend has a 98 Civic Dx with a 99 Gsr motor swap. He has type-r cams, pistons, titanium valve springs, a 3 angle valve job, its bored out, adjustable cam gears, adjustable timing gears, iceman intake, Dc Headers, type-r intake manifold, crane ignition coil, aftermarket distributor cap, and a few other bolt-ons. He wants to go the next step and put a turbo and nos on it. His HP goal is somewhere around 300-400 . He knows that the compression needs to be lowered. Once that is done what size tyurbo, compressor, wastegate ect do you think he will need, also how much boost.
Some \one that has experiance with this please give him some advice.
