Hey guys,
So I was running on the assumption that my turbo " DSM T25 " had its stock wastegate set at 8psi. It is from a 98 CDM Talon TSI. But then when I was talking to the previous owner of the turbo today he said it was 11psi?

I belive that the wastegate is set at 8-9 psi somewhere in there. but there is a sylenoid that allows peak boost up to 11 psi i belive, it works sort of like a boost controler, the ecu bleeds off pressure so it has more peak psi.

Sarcasm buddy. I drive a TSI yet I know nothing about DSM turbos? And just so you know, the 14b and t25 were not the only stock turbos that came on dsm's.

And wait, just to make sure i'm clear on this, you are going to twin turbo your honda with two t25's?

Sorry I meant that were available on Eclipse/Talon/Lasers. YOu can go all technical and then spit out the models that came on the auto models if you wanna be gay like that. If your gonna act all Mr. DSM know-it-all then take your shitty dsm *** back to whatever dsm site you crawled out of. What talent does it take to buy a car boosted from the factory. It's funny how you're so quick to judge my car too. You ever seen it, ridden in it? My car has been solid. Right now it's down because I'm upgrading stuff, so obviously it has to be down for that.

If you really gotta problem with DSM's, start a DSM vs Honda thread and we can talk there. I don't have a problem with what ya'll chose as your car. It's not my preference, but I still thinks it cool and I find it interesting. I have nothing against any of it. Why can't you see it that way too? Our cars have weaknesses, so do yours, so what? If ya wanna lay it all out, then open a thread about it and we can discuss why DSM stock long block can take 3 times the boost yours can.

Otherwise, I am here to learn and help where I can with questions, and poke in with my occasional sarcasm. Not here to cause some intense drama. So relax
