93 prelude (H-series) has a different engine than the 91 (B20A -- Not the same as the B20B and B20Z)

btw, how much does a neon weigh? plus i have trouble finding a neon that doesn't look gay. of course i'm biased, but there's a reason i still have the lude after so long and haven't traded it in.
plus 14bn4g has a point. i have only seen one other turbo 3rd gen owner, tonybaker12 from pensacola, and happens to be the fastest member on the site with the b20a5. just search his name and you'll see that the car has a lot of potential.
i'd be damned if i get caught driving a single cam civic. or civic period. just my $.02.

why do u all hate on the 3 gen lol? its not that bad besides the fact the b20a5 is absolutely like any other b series. I have a 3 gen and im just waiting on a manifold, then ill be boosted. Check out preludepower.com like everyone else said, theres plenty of turboed 3 gens.

i believe the prelude would be the better car and would probably get you the most money back. Even though i think neons are crap there is a lot of people out there that dont and there is a market for those as well.....its basically whatever you feel like doing. Oh and not to be trivial but the 91se did have 4ws, too bad the one you have doesnt, that ---- is crazy!
