Default 90 crx + Starion Intercooler

How much modification is required to mount one under bumper? I already know about the end tanks, I will be fixing that. I'm just curious to know what needs to be done to the car itself. I took my bumper off and there's a thin piece of metal in the center going up to the hood latch. Is this going to be bent or what?

I cut that little peice right off, I also cut the side's out slightly..

and I had to cut the front bumper core support so it could sit straight.

It takes a little bit of creativity, but it can be done..

hey jeff, what'd you use to cover the holes from the old pipes on your intercooler, i was just going to grab a could peices of metal and weld them on. ohh and did you just cut a hole on the sides for the new pipes?

probably that easy i hope

Just a chunk of aluminum, in fact the old hole location is now the new mount location to hold the intercooler down.
