Has anyone ran one of these before. The local yard has one and wants 40 bucks for it. The only thing left i need is the turbo to finish up the kit. Oh ya i'm running an Hf manifold. thanks For any help.

 

AbaZ ran one on his car for a while, he said it was kinda small...

 

get the stats on the turbo.... it might be bigger than you think. i kow that the 86-89 ones were 60 trim t3's with a .63 ar compressor and turbine

 

I am starting to think that turbo wasnt a 300zx turbo, just another nissan t3 turbo.. off a JDM model car..

Im running with a single T-25 out of the fairlady TT. It's tiny but on the plus side it spools up fast. Just had it rebuilt. pulls preety hard. full spool @ 4500. Eh, better turbos out there for sure but for what my setup cost!

older 300zx turbo has a .63 exhaust AR and a 57 trim compressor. seems to be more than enough for any D series.

 

How would this perform on a b16? roughly 6-7 psi?
