actually u should spend most of your cash on fuel management
Werd.

My fuel mgmt represents about %40 of the cost of my setup.

If I need it, it makes sense, and I can get a Jew deal, I buy it.

if you are going all out cheap then the only decent managment is the 450's and AFC hack but if you spend too much on management and have 2 bucks left for piping and a turbo then you will not be too pleased. I say jsut go with the decent management instead of the low end FMU setup if you can aviod it. You might have to get a SMC+ to save money for a decent turbo and and intercooler etc... and maybe switch to an afc when you have the money or want to spend it.

What is AFC and all that other alien language? I'm an all motor junky turning to the dark side if you know what I mean. Basically can you make this as simple as possible. What do I need as far as individual parts.

Nah, we dont sell kits here at HMT. Maybe once in awhile I will throw one together and post it in the classifieds but thats about it. Rememeber that lots of time/labor goes into these. And I always seem to find good deals, so that keeps my costs low. The area you really want to spend money is in fuel/spark management. Read our Engine management forum for more info.
