Default 7 lbs. with stock compression?

Hay,
B16A turbo planning. If I boost 7lbs. with an intercooler on stock compression will I get to point B every time?
If I put lower compression pistons with the same set up, would I still be boosting 7lbs. or would it drop.
Any help would be great. If you have no help, at least owe me a headlock or somethin'. thanks

I'm a puss when it comes to turning the boost up, and I'll be running 8 on stock internals. (B16)
10 when I'm coming home from the bar.......hehehe...
You'll be fine. (fueling, ignition, permitting...)

I ran 8 psi daily beating the ---- out of it for about 9 months when I had a b16, apparently one day the motor didn't like 14psi and no tune or map sensor for that much boost. Came home with one broken piston ringlands, and still drove it for a month boosting the ---- out of it and puffing/shooting smoke out the exhaust.

I put an LS motor since then and am much happier for cost/power with the LS. Torque is there too, unlike b16.
