Default .63/.60 T3 turbo Internal WG dilema

Okay, i need too keep my WG and i was informed that the saab WG thinger will work...my question is what kind of flange does it use for the DP? Here is a pic

just make a DP and weld it to that peace, even throw it is cast and "they" say it will crack, ive welded to alot of cast and have never hade a problom with it

if you weld it to that piece wont you lose the ability to keep the internal wastegate? It will cover the flapper

why not make a flange. so its done properly..

You can buy a flange that bolts to that housing using the 3 studs on the 5-bolt flange ( in your case the 2 studs, one is missing ).

I lucky kept the exhuast flange from the volvo I pulled my .42/.48 garrett from.

I understand welding on the outside. Doesnt that style flange cover the internal wastegate hole though?
