.60 Compressor Swaping
well i was given a t3 (.60/.4 off a Thunderbird, but it has hella shaft play and the compressor blade hits. SO my question is i have a perfectly good T3(.42/.4 with no shaft play, and i want to see if its possible to swap the compressor from the T-bird turbo onto my saab turbo... DO i swap just the blades, and compressor housing? or do i have to remove the compressor base, blade, and housing?
anyone who's done this let me know....
thanks...

the compressor wheel is balanced to the shaft. where's the shaft? that kit doesn't bring one! i bought something from Jstonestang, my rfl replica BOV works real good. the sonbabitch didn't leave a feedback for me though.

the only thing i want to swap is the blade, and the housing... but i guess i should have rephrased the question, will my saab backplate, fit the t-bird compressor
or do i have to swap over the t-bird: backplate, blade, and housing?

ok, i did this on bills 42/48, and we have had no problems once so ever,
you have to take the backpplate, housing and wheel, ans just slap it on, dont overtighten the nut, you will break/bend the shaft if you do, it makes a nice bump in top end!
