6/10-12 d16z6 custom turbo install pics
A little bit of me welding (or trying to...)

Look at my little brother go at it! (...RIGHT!)
Completed install... (I don't only play with my civic
Oil pan came off... you piece of ----. Needed a little 'persuasion' with the rubber minisledge...
...The OH SO STRONG D series bottom end! Gotta love it :P Also note the oil return line: That is a piece of my funnel (beer funnel) that I cut off (after hitting it) to use temporarily...
...wow the beer is getting to me... but i still progress! (it's almost 4am)
This is the downpipe I (we) came up with... Can you beleive I've never done this before!?

Mandrel bends cost too much!

what are you using for fuel management? I think that return line is too small, and also too easy to break, wont last. what intercooler, are you using a bov, what size charge pipes, how is it running?

Fuel management: DSM 2nd gen 450's + AFC @ -35
Boost: .45 bar (7.35 psi)
Running: Awesome
Return line: Has been changed

A/C: Works beautifully
The external wastegate is vented to the atmosphere and REEKS.
My intercooler is black and so stealth. I LOVE it.

It sounds like a lawn mower with no exhaust pipe. It's really annoying and it smells like ----. I hate it. I want to pipe it into the exhaust but that is going to take WAY too much effort :P

...well, anymore questions and I'll be happy to answer them. As far as pinging, i'm running 93 octane, and I haven't heard a single one. I hope i'm not missing them..? Either way, keep the questions coming, I'll keep the answers flowing. I'll get you guys some pics of the intercooler too... I know I took a few, as to where they are, I don't know...? I'll check when I get home.
