yeah I like the ls motors too,

I know mostly dseries stuff though,
so i'm wondering, will you be able to make 400 on a stock vtec bseries head without much problems?
or are you going to need porting, cam, etc on that too?

It's very doable. Alot of guy's like to run the stock B16 or type R cams in their Vtec heads because they work so well under boost. Of course porting and polishing/ a set of aftermarket turbo cams would increase your power and torque, but 400 whp on the stock Vtec head is possible. Alot of it is in the tuning aspect of the setup though.

My opinion about the head, I wouldnt even ---- around with a ls head, I've thrown so many of those heads in the garbage. Vtec heads will bring a big smile to your face when your ripping though the gears on a 400+whp honda.
