Well since you finally elaborated on what you have for a fuel sytem.yes the vortec fuel system is not as upgradeable as a tpi unit or tbi. But you can add fuel else where, like right in front of the throttle plates like a nos setup but no nos.
I know a lot about that fuel system an what it can an cant do.I use to work on them daily....Now i just work on Mazda`s

Anyway use a t3/t4 of a tbird or something close an boost it. I got the boost bug few years ago an its free hp in my book

First a smallturbo such as a 14B/16G mitsubishit turbos will not do you any good, yes one bank of your motor is 2.1 liters but youre still feedinga 4.3 with air

second if you need pipes look on here for LSD Motorsports, great deals on mandrel bends

3rd, an inline pump will still only pump as much pressure as your stock pump will pull, its really not that much help, i mean if your stocker can only move 100 LPH, then the in line booster pump cant move any more.

you should run both sides of your motor into the turbo, you need a crossover pipe and a 2 into one merge collector, they are not that expensive. flip one manifold and run the other in front or under the motor and meet up with it.

also with a large motor like that the SMALLEST exhaust AR you will want is a .82 otherwise you are just choking the motors exhuast flow once in boost

i was thinking about that but im gonna run an inline fuel pump for the time being for only 5 or 6psi then run a 50 shot ontop of that- My turbo is a bigger t3/t4 turbo- I was also thinking about what you said- get an msd BOOST switch or w/e ever it is and when it hits a certain amount of boost like 5 or 6 psi start spraying (maybe then i can run 9 or 10psi -

What about methanol? does it help in combustion like fuel or is it just to intercool?

Also anyone know what kinda horsepower i can expect for 5 or 6 psi?

ok so now you have a t3/t4 what are the specs? there are several hundred combinations. methanol is a fuel so yes it does add fuel and intercools at the same time. now if i'm not mistaken the typhoon and scyclone were a 4.3L v6?? if it is the same engine you could just find the manifold setup from one of them. or at the very least you could get an idea on how to route things. now I would highly suggest getting a bigger intank pump. there less than 100 bucks for a 255lph hp anymore so its just cheap insurance. if you run out of fuel on the spray and boost you'll be scraping the pistons out of your oil pan. If I were you i'd be doing alot of research before you go any further and waste money.
