Default 300-320 whp posible on stock b16

I have a 99si stock bottom end b16 turbo, 60 trim t3 apexi vafc, walbro 255 fuel pump, dsm450s, adjustable fuel presure regulator. I plan on getting a t3/t4 or any other bigger turbo that will get me to 300-320 hp. I was wondering if my fuel set up will get me there or if I would need bigger injectors. And if the b16 could take the 300-320 hp daily driven. Thanks in advance.
What other turbo besides the t3/t4 would get me to 300hp? will the t3/t4 get me to 300hp? I don't want a turbo with crazy lag, the one I got now doesn't fully spool til 5k rpm.

Notice those are both tuned on neptune, not afc's, cause an afc isn't going to cut it.

Afc just won't cut it above the 8-10 psi level as an average. Now granted larger injectors could be used with an afc, but at the sacrifice of your idle and part-throttle response. The most I've gotten an afc to see without popping a cel was 12psi, but even that was iffy on a baby 14b. One spike and back to limp mode. With a properly tuned setup (read chipped and dyno tuned ecu) you can make over the 300hp mark on a completely stock bottom end. Most I pushed to was the 317 mark, but I still backed it off to the 270'ish mark for reliability's sake. A t3 60 trim (with a .63 a/r exhaust) will be able to get you into the 250-300 range depending on the pressure run, just make sure it's tuned 100% or it won't last long at all. Also, like was said before, dsm 450's are pretty much maxed around the 300hp level at stock fuel pressure.

the setup won't be able to work with the afc hack.. it requires to be around -%40 settings to be able to send the ecu ~3v while its receiving ~5v from the map sensor at 10 psi of boost. so you wont be able to use you 450s to its full potential of fuel flow. consider it as a 450*0.6= 270cc injector. also the stock timing will be a great problem at hp numbers around 300whp so you definitely need a chipped ECU.

Could you use a chipped pm6 with TE and B16 maps?
