over lap causes overheating in na cars not turbo cars. There is little overlap on new cars because of emissions.
What he is a talking about is reversion where there is a period of time where exhaust can revert back into the intake charge. It delutes the incoming charge and can cause it to warm up. I doubt It will happen on a honda.
I does on my 454.

I would like the 200 to the wheels, the more the better, but it may be realistic. I have 106 with the stock, so If I could about double it, I think I will be happy. I assume the 106 is at the crank. Lets go with 200 to the wheels is it possible, meaning safe on the motor, and what will it take. Will 10psi get me there you think and if not, how short will I most likely fall. I say 10 psi because I have read that is about tops for a hack job management. Any more opinions. Thanks

you can go higher if you want with the afc hack, but 10 psi (maybe a little more) should be ok for about 200 at the wheels...only way to know is to do it and dyno it, no need to guess before hand. if someone tells you it wont happen, are you going to scrap your turbo ideas?
