th"right" turbo is the one that matches your goals, some people dont like lag, some dont mind it, and some of us embrace it...
use a volvo turbo if you want it to spool up fast, a t3/to4e is good middle ground and will spool pretty fast aswell.. OR as sstated above go all out and get the one that says holset on the side.

Yeah ok I'd like to point out a few things. a b16 has been turbod approx. 237890653780612348-9124735 times so if you cant seem to find out which "turbo is teh best!!1!" considering folks have been boosting YOUR EXACT ------- CAR for like 8 years then you shoudl just go die.
