I am so in-love with the sound of my 1G DSM BOV that I just smash my throttle even if I have to slam on my brakes 'cause in this rush hour NYC traffic you move from station to station. ---- it!, I guess I will have to upgrade my brakes! Where's the # for Brembo or Willwood? Anyway, I flirted with the idea of getting a much cleaner looking HKS sequential, Blitz or greddy type S and I am so glad I didn't. If you plan on running low boost, I recommend it. And even if your running higher boost--you can always crush the top!

im loving mine too. not even running boost yet (wastegate is wired open til i upgrade my fuel system). but the bov sounds sweet.

I think he has the whole turbo kit on but just has the wastegate always open so it won't make boost. The BOV will slightly wistle when you let off the throttle

 

i said it sounds sweet. but not very loud. im running an srt turbo and manifold on my 1st gen neon. so im using an internal wastegate. the flapper is wired open now so i dont build boost. i imagine im still boosting like .1 psi or something tiny like that. cause you can definitely hear the bov

 

Sweet! I'm excited, I'm putting the same bov in my car too, running relatively low boost, about 7psi.

 

it sounds good. its not so loud. has a nice lil whistle
