Like hell you're not celebrating christmas, that's one hell of a christmas present and its definately gonna be worth the effort. Ups for the custom intake manifold/ everything.

well I got everything installed before I had to leave, but didn't have time to program the megasquirt, so tonight I'm loading all the firmware and am hopefully setting a basemap so I can start this thing. I'll try to get some finished engine bay pictures later.

Keep those fingers crossed.

Wow, just wow. Lots of fabrication there. The manifold is pretty pimp and looking at it I was thinking how easy ITBs might be on a Neon then just run the stacks out the front. Anyway, where did you get that IC? It's sex.

Intercooler is ebay special :) should work fine though.

ITB's are almost useless on these cars unless you have some decent cams or a ported head, otherwise it's just a waste of time.

I was afraid of this reply, but still nice on the same side inlet/outlet.

Oh and I saw a stock single all gutted and what not with basically bolt on mods go 14.8 so ITBs would be helpful I think.

Yeah it would help if all you want to do with the car is drag race it.

This car before I went Turbo had basic bolt ons: Larger T/B, longtube header with 2.5" exhaust, underdrive pulley, ect... and it went 15.1

Those #'s still suck :P

That's why I'll never build another N/A 4 cylinder, Boost is the only way to go.

MUAHAHHAHAHA! SHE LIVESSSSSS!!!!

Yee-haw I'm excited

Sounds very mechanical though, not sure if that's right or the supercharger is going to go! Took it for a short jaunt down the street, seemed to run ok.

I'll keep on the tuning and let you guys know how it turns out, I'll try to get some finished pics up as well.

Let me know if you want a video of it idling :)

couple of finished pictures:

Attachment 30208

Still sleeper style with the hood closed! and yes, I'm sorry about still having that stupid filter on there, it's going away I swear!

Thanks again everyone for all their help, now let's get it running right before I blow it up!

Well I was thinking about it tonight, and when I had my solid aluminum motor mount installed, it sounded like the trans was going out, now this supercharger is solidly mounted to the steel brackets with no rubber insulation (That might have been a good idea)
So possibly the noise is simply transferring loudly through the entire setup.

crappy vid post,

You can't really see anything because it's dark, but you can hear it.

This first vid is idling outside the car with the hood up.

Sounds kinda crazy right?

Second vid is inside the car, hood closed:

I'll get some better ones soon. Hopefully some in car ones while driving.
