Default 1990 CB7 F22A1 DSM build?

I have a 1990 Honda Accord 5spd with 126k on it. I'm going to turbo the vehicle and not looking to get a lot of power, aiming for between 200-250. This is not my first Honda Turbo Build. However it is the first build where I will be piecing together my kit from various others.

So far I have:
DSM 1g exhaust manifold
Starion factory front mount intercooler
550cc injectors
1g talon cold side intercooler piping
4 puck clutch
P28 PCM that will either have Neptune RTP or Hondata
Oil filter sandwich plate

I have a choice between two turbos

Volvo TD04L-14T with 50k and in great condition

Or

Mitsubishi 16g with frankenstein 20 upgrade. This turbo needs to be rebuilt and is missing the exhaust side

I know I will have to get an adapter plate for the Volvo turbo.
I also know I will need a downpipe, oil supply and return kit as well as coolant and the other intercooler pieces, BOV and Wastegate. Fuel pump and regulator.

My main question for now is. Which of the turbos should I use and if so do you have suggestions for either.

How much boost are you planning to run? Most of the mods listed seem to be pointing to a fairly low boost build, so I'd probably be leaning toward the Volvo turbo.

You will be happier with the bigger turbo. Those f22 arent afraid to make power

I was thinking between 12-15psi. Probably 10psi to start. Aiming for 200-250 bhp
