that intercooler setup is clean, i should have had you do mine.. how thick is that core?

I welded a steel 1.25"-2" reduced to a mandrel 2.5 pipe. It was difficult to maneuver the large mandrel bends to where I needed them. I also foung it difficult to cake the flange air-tight and actually had to weld three layers...

The intercooler core is 2.5.
