I'd say sell me that 16g, but judging by that can of mountain dew, I'd say you're nowhere local to the states.

Its a CT26 supra turbo with what looks like an upgraded compressor wheel, and some kind of garret turbine housing

The ct isnt a verry efficient turbo, despite how "big" it looks. Tthe upgraded wheel would help some, but god only knows whats been done to that turbo, it looks verry ghetto... do you know who/where/what it came off of

Not much of an "upgrade" if your coming from a 16g :P

With you in pakistan... god knows what that turbo is. The CT26's have those digits cast right into the compressor housing. Plus that looks kinda small also to be a CT26. Whats up with the weld by the outlet? Not to mention if they just grinded down the markings then the casting marks would gone but their still there from the looks of the pictures. Plus CT26's don't have that bolt on inlet flange.

even on the twin scrolls it's the same

I'd say it's probably off of some diesel yota with being where you are.

yeah he's probably right if it were a CT26 it would be cast on the compressor housing. Plus the exhaust housing would have a round 4 bolt opening. Anyone think theres a chance it could be a CT20? I'm not sure what came for turbos on the diesel yotas because that's all there is for toyota trucks outside of the US/Canada; The Hi-lux diesels.

Dude what are you smoking. In the US we see the least of what toyota offers in the gas division. Diesels... there were boatloads of diesel yotas besides just pickups. Do search..pickups, land cruisers, crowns, previa, corollas, rav4, yaris and the list goes on and on. Pretty much whatever toyota sold you could get with a diesel. We just don't see the stuff here in the US.

Yeah I know theres tons of cars and other vehicals that toyota made with diesels, It's just I was thinking that his turbo could have been down the lines of a CT20, which came on alot of the pickups/4runners.

http://www.tepturbos.com/automotive.cfm

If you go there and pick toyota from the list it shows the CT20 was on camrys, pickups, 4runners, and other stuff. It's not a complete list of toyotas turboed vehicals though, because stuff like landcruiser and MKIV supra are not listed.

Now that I think about it, your probably right, considering we dont see any of those hilux motors laying around.

I dont think Ive ever seen a REAL CT20, seen plenty of that turbo that comes on the 3rd gen mr2/celica 3sgte, but I think someone just started calling those ct20s. Blah. :P

As I said though, not much of an upgrade from a 16g. :P

No CT20 either. Do a google search on what CT20's look like. It's that compressor inlet flange adapter thingy is what is throwing the curve ball at me.
