Should work good for that power level.The only downfall is your are stuck with that style flange on your manifold if you want to go bigger in the future so you have less options for upgrading.

 

16g will work good, I have an 18g and it spool'd nice before my rebiuld, Now that my ls is fully biult the 18g runs out of life quick.
