Well, that turbo is pretty small so 15 psi isn't going to be a "huge" jump in air flow. I think it would be more than safe to run if you tuned with a wideband and an AFC. Widebands can go from ~$100~$500 depending on what you buy and if you build it yourself. I wouldn't want to run that much boost without it.

aiight well when the time comes, do you think you could help me piece on together or help me build one or whatever, im pretty good with electronics. and what about the shot peened rods and thicker headgasket, with everything else stock, do you think it will hold 15 psi?
