14b is bigger but there both too small to make any good power.

OK. As far as installation and stuff are they the same though. I know the 14b has the flange going to the charge pipes but are there any other physical differences. Thanks!

Also sorry for posting in the wrong place the first time. I was in the chatter fourm and that question just sort of popped up so I posted.

the exhaust housings are identical between the two, so the turbine inlet and outlet flanges are the same

Difference: 14b is good for a 1.5 or 1.6 (----, we've even put em on a H22VTEC & H23 Non-Vtec)... T-25 is good for a 1.2 or 1.3 litter motor (like a suzuki or geo metro) DO NOT USE 1 T-25 ON A HONDA!

OK. I geuss a better way of putting my question would be. I have been planning on using a t-25 in my setup. What if any differences would there be in things I would need if i switched to the 14b as it seems like a better option.

I dont know, ive got a t25?? I mean it was used on a DSM 2.0 So why not? i think its a good turbo to start with, plus most parts fit the 16G for future upgrades right

Here is a good link for picking a turbo for your engine, although it does use the T25 for any 1600. I'm sure that will raise a stink with some folks....

OK pretty much what I'm trying to ask is weather there will be a problem if I've already orderd parts with a t-25 in mind (adaptor plate, oil lines), if I instead decide to use a 14b since I found someone who will give one to me for probley 20 bucks. Sorry for not being to clear on this one. But thanks for the replies they sort of convinced me that that is what I wanted anyways.
