Default 14b in a civic

What do you do with a 14b turbo in a civic when the compressor outlet is pointing almost straight up towards the sky and it needs to be pointing straight down where it will be convenient to run piping to it? I know you use a j-pipe to help with this problem and also so you have something to connect piping to but the only ones I can find dont point in the right direction. Someone help me out.

clock it and redrill the mounting points for the wastegate, build a ugly *** charge pipe, or clock it and run a external gate.

buy a J-pipe from road race engineering, or from ebay cause if youre asking this question, im gonna say that buying one would be better and easier for you then fabbing one up

You can remove the vband which holds the turbine housing on the center section, and knock off the small locating pin on the center section, now you can clock the turbo (point the compressor outlet outward). I forget if you have to remove the large snapring and take the compressor housing off to do this, I can't picture it in my head that well right now and it's been quite a while, I forget.

Now with the turbo clocked, you should be able to re-mount the wastegate if you bend the bracket slightly, and use only one of the mounting holes and screw it to the other side of the compressor housing. I think I cut off one of the mounting tab holes for clearance. I did this with the compressor on the driver's side. Just make sure there's tension on the wastegate rod so the flapper is shut when it's not seeing pressure. This makes charge pipes cleaner and easier. Otherwise, do like some others said and make a charge pipe out of a u bend or buy a j pipe off ebay. Good luck.
