I am getting ready to boost my d16y8 and have all the parts except for the turbo, and I am trying to track down a cheap one locally. I can get a 12a out of an 88 starion/conquest for free, but I don't want to build a downpipe and manifold that will fit it just to find out that it won't make as much power as I want.

I am aiming for somewhere around 200whp@10psi with an afc hack, so would the 12a work for me, or should I just keep looking.
