Sorry, missed the Quafe in the list. So no HP ratings? how did you tune it w/o a dyno?
Do you know the curb weight? and any pictures of the interior stripped? I am really intrested in your setup.

The car was dynoed a little bit ago, I forget the exact numbers but I know it was under 400WHP non intercooled and under 450WHP with the intercooler at low boost settings. I don't know the curbweight, its gutted but its still a pig. I'll get more pics this weekend comming up I have too much work during the week to do anything.
I'll try to get the owner of the car to answer question cause he knows this car inside and out, I just started this thread cause I needed to backup all my street racing stories so people wouldn't think I'm full of ----.

It seems like Wiseco is the only company that makes pistons for this car. Do you know of anybody else and a price?
As the ex owner of a 91 running nitrous, put it back on.The problem is you ran just a bit too much,if it were toned down to 100(or even safer,80),you could run with no problems, assuming you`re a bit rich already because of the turbo.Dry kits and direct prot are fine,of course due to the runners, wet kits don`t ever work.
With pistons,JE is the largest supplier for the SHO,Ross has also made a few sets(around $800),which run a bit cheaper.
I`ve ridden in the other turbo SHO owned by Tim Tyner down in Oklahoma(Built by Speedcraft when owned by Jeremy Prine). That thing is a beast, and hit a 13.1 years ago before Tim made MANY improvements.Have you seen the recent vids of it running on the street?

Turbo SHO PWNS JOO!! Dude thats one sweet setup, you DEFINITLY need to tell your friend to post on shoforum.com for we now have 2 confirmed turbo SHO's running around. Well minus the at least 3 Turbo SHO sand buggies (yes sand buggies). Thats an amazing setup.

Man, projects I'm apart of really do get -----d all over the internet . I never knew an SHO was that popular of a car. .
The nitrous is NOT going back on the car for a while...the turbo alone is enough to blow the motor apart. The nitrous also causes the boost to raise like a ----------er and right now, nitrous is not necessary. I've seen that vid of the other turbo SHO and its pretty interesting.
Remember the kit thats on the car now has NOT seen any track time yet. The 12 second kit is for sale so PM me if you want to be the 3rd turbo SHO and drive a 12 second car .
