I want to see how much you gain over the cast manifold with that log since it looks exactly like mine and everyone has been telling me to get a cast manifold and I didn't want to hear it.It's going to be hard to tell what gains were from the head and which were from the manifold though but at least I will have an idea.

Got the head back today. Milled, valves cut, seats cut. 80 bucks well spent.





Gonna try and assemble the head tomorrow, everything but the cam gear since its still on my current running y7 head.
