Re:** PiC ** PiC ** of my completed custom turbo project
hey where did you get the pieces for your custom manifold? can you gimme some pointers? im thinking about making a custom one to accomodate my AC. please help a brother out.
some questions that i have already:
where did you get the parts?
what kind of welding did you use?
do you have any pointers or tips for me?
if you make a custom manifold do you need to make an adapter plate?
thanx in advance

sweet job man...
i have a request. can you build me the exact same manifold because i have a b18b obd2 in a civic as well. let me know soon, i'm scouring around the internet for a manifold with no wastegate flange that would bolt up to td05h. thanks

You can get weld els at any plumbing supply store, just tell them you need schedule 40 butt weld pieces, save yourself a bundle compared to ordering from McMaster.
I paid $2 CDN for my 90 and $5 CDN for my Tees, 1.5" schedule 40.

I'll be doing the same thing. I've already made my header flange and the turbo flange. In case I don't use the stock HF manifold it might be for sale. It's ported to the stock exhaust gasket.
