That's a great setup... is it on a newer B18B or a B20?

How exactly did you mount the IC? DId you make tabs and bolt it to the actual bumper? Got any pics of the car w/o bumper cover?

I noticed the size differencein your charge pipes...what diameter did you use for the one connected to the TB? and what size for the one connected to the IC outlet?

thanks,
chris

Nice setup! Where did you get the Weld-els for the manifold? Also, where did you get the stuff welded? If you did it yourself, good job!

coolness,
Hey is that a teal engine bay I see!?!??
HAHA cool, I've been considering painting my car, but was worried about the enginebay, looks like its no biggie

btw, how much did it cost you to make that manifold,
maybe you could make me one?
if you wanted you could probly go into business sellin em on ebay even.

You can buy all the necessary tubing et your local muffler shop (for downpipe, exhaust system and downpipe). I use dynomax galvanized 2-1/4 and 2.5 depending on the need. You can get the elbows for the manifold et mcmaster.com under carbon steel butt to butt wled (schedule 40 and 1.5inch). The flange for the turbo can be custom maden and the head flange as well (you can buy it at cheapturbo.com . About me, I got my part from some locals in here, they have better price than those.

I welded everything with a nice Lincoln 110V 90Amp at 20% duty cycle with flux core wire. Was easy, I had no experience at all (I have a Master degree in Business Management here in Montreal, so absolutely no connection to mecanics, but it's a hobby for me)

So all I can says is try it, you will know !!!

Cheers
