PS the welds suck, i wanted to cheet and do just one pass; shoulda done a base fusion pass, then a final pass with filler, back purging the whole thing on both passes... next time i guess. Oh i used Sch.10 1.5" weld els and piping, all 304 ss. Flanges are just not on yet, i got em, but thanks anyway ANNNNDDD, i'm serious about the ALu stainless rod..... :l |

thats sweet looking manifold. but how are you sure its going to fit the flange by welding it without the flange? did you use a gasket to get it lined up?

I think you should cut it up and start over it sucks ;D JK. When you installing that on Peters car then? I think you should grind the welds and start over Hacky Mchackerson...................
