its better to use 180's rather than all 90's because 180's are more versatile and you get more out of them

usually about 14 elbows, a couple feet of straight (including collector) a head flange, a turbo flange and wg flange if your going external. Depending where you get your materials and what material you get your flanges out of, your looking at anywhere from $100.00 - 175.00

 

For a ramhorn you need thirteen 90's unless you use two 45's instead of cutting one 90 in half. Then you need 12 90's.

 

Great plan... since 180* weld els cost more than fifteen times as much as 90s and aren't readily available in stainless to my knowledge.
