the guys thet sells them on ebay won't ship to israel.

Vibrant Power out of Mississauga (just outside of Toronto) Ontario Canada sells flex pipes specifically for turbo applications. Their customer service is great so I'm sure you wont have any issues getting something shipped to Israel.
