Just put it on the car, start it up and dump a bag of sand down the intake, it should port the intake as well as the exhaust.

but really I use "burr bits" they have diamond tips and hog out some serious ----. Make sure you are wearing saftety glasses and leather gloves theese things turn metal into millions of flying needles, if you are very carefull these work really good, but if you knock em around or make them "chatter" even once it breaks the tips and they wont cut anymore.
