Of course external is better. You might as well get an external wastegate since you already have a manifold that is meant to be used with one. If you are worried about routing the dumptube back in to your downpipe, just leave it open. Have the dumptube go from the wastegate straight to the ground.

great idea yeah.. but for tune it (car)..it would be right run w/ open dumptube? (when i boosted im not to tune my hatch but i hope to tune it some day :1).

that log manifold is a disaster. looks liek it was welded at 450 amps with about 3cfm gas flow with no post purge

Im a big fan of log manifolds since their eazy to make and flow good enouf for a street car.
That log looks about the same as the one on my crx.
My car probably makes around 300ish on a log so ull be fine with that one
