You need carbide bits real ones run around 50 a piece for ones that arent complete junk
then a porting kit rollers etc to clean up the marks
then a good die grinder electric ones run around 150-300 for a quality one that doesnt run like a jackhameer

i looks like it needs to be opened up some more looks like ---- to me. looks like its gonna make your motor work harder to get the exhaust out that little hole. i personaly would open that ****** up some more
