Get a few welding or scuba tanks and you could get some decent distance out of that thing.

This is my 53 chevy i chopped it 4 inches in the front and 6 in the rear, i cut the back window out and rotated it 180 deg. and put it 2 inches higher in the roof so i could see out of it. All of the back part of the roof was made by me on an english wheel. I plan on frenching the headlights, pie cut and lenghthen the rear quarters, and im going to do a triagular 4link with airbags.

gearing, and add something that will ease the resistance on the crank at the hardest spot for it to turn around. looks like its when its fully extanded you could use like magnets or some thing to help it back around.

This is a pic from a couple years ago at the Frederick Co Fair. I'm not pictured, but my racing partner (pretty much brother in law too) is, he's the one getting lapped lol. That guy on the gray mower is Tank.. he's like 300+ lbs.
