Default what can join brass and aluminum(atleast thats what i think it is) together?

well, i had a little problem with my R1 throttle bodies that i got from ebay. i took out the injectors and tried to tap in some threads to put in a brass fitting. that didnt turn out well, and now i have 4 holes in there, and no brass fitting that would work. is there anything i can use to join them together without worrying about leaks when boosting and when NA? i was thinking about brazing them both together, but id like to hear what HMT thinks first

brazing is your only option if you wanna do it right but it can be tricky when working with aluminum because aluminum has a very low melting point. Id suggest practicing on scrap pieces first

Silicon Bronze. We had to do it in school and it is some crazy ----. You only get it hot enough to suck into the joint. You have to use a tig though. It holds just as good as a weld. But the weird thing is you can't have any penetration on the base metal.

i was actually thinking something along the lines of that since its a cheap solution, but would it hold up to boost even if theres such a little amount on there?

^48psi if it's camo!!!
+1 for brazing
Unless you can find some ungodly strong glue. Brazing is going to be stronger than epoxy (JB).
You can soldier brass to aluminum... But brazing is still stronger.
