Hey HMT-VT! I'm just south in Bennington. Nice start on the shop. You should definatly get a CNC mill. We have a new HAAS vertical CNC mill at my college. I think it only cost them 28,000 roughly. Decent price for such a piece of equipment.

Thats ------ awesome, congratulations. How much does something like that cost ballpark, it would be a ------- dream come true to open a shop like that.

I think you will do better with being able to do both Auto and no-auto related work. Are you just in a large building with rows of shops?

yes, it is a complex of 4 buildings with about 15 units in each one, all less than 3000 square feet each. rent is $1200/month, insurance is $300/month and utilities are extra as well.

i'm not sure on the electrical labelling, my dad is the electrician who has wired most of the stuff up for me.

Congrats roughly the same size has my shop maybe I should actually take pics of mine. Damn that rent is high. 550 for mine and I have an ungodly amount of land with it. Water and Trash are paid for mine has well. Good luck. Adapter plates again I hope.
