Default VW 24v Intake manifold fab

Something a little different...

I'll post some finished pics up soon, its been on the car running for about a week now...big improvement over the stock plastic one that blew up @ 12psi lol.

It also gave us the opportunity to try out a few new ideas and tooling for intake manifolds that worked out pretty well.

injectors are in the head on this application. Machining them into the flange would have been no big deal though, thats how our b series flanges are

Hey Jesse, nice to see you over here, that's an awesome upgrade for the 24v VR's, that stock mani is really restrictive. Whats the motor setup?

you can probably sell that on the tex for a grand.

99 percent of vw people are ------- retarded when it comes to buying parts.

Its a built motor with an EIP Kit. Doing a kit on it when we have time

Theres quite a bit that went into it...

CNC'd billet head flange
CNC'd Billet velocity stack/base plate
Tooling required to build the plenum....

Some of the other companies get $1000 for a sheetmetal box basically....
