The parts that was getting cut has small oblong type cut outs, and the blanks that are cut out will pop out on top of the material and if you don't move them the tip will hit them. Messing up the tip and the project your cutting. Fail
You fail. Whenever I get ---- water jet cut they always leave a small section uncut, like maybe 25 thou. |

Yea, I don't like finishing off that part that didn't cut all the way, makes the metal look different, high dollar parts have to look perfect

What kind of pump is it?
We had a Multi-cam 6000 (10'*17') with the 50hp pump on it at school. It was pimp. Cut some aluminum and diamond plate with it. It was hot. Even did some wood & some kind of acrylic too! Sometimes the hopper would jam up with abrasive tho - suckage. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...h_MultiCam.jpg 2 1/2" Toyota exhaust flange, eating that ---- up. |
