ok. i was wondering. so you freshened up the motor before you boosted it and put the bearing cap on wrong.... i thought boost killed the bearing so thats good.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL im not one to criticize on here, and i realize everyone has a different budget and different tools and different skills, but DAMN!!!! couldn't you at least grind it down and make it look pretty? |
that is the worst example of fabrication and welding i have ever seen in my life.you must be having a laugh at our expense.NOONE in there right mind would show that mess and be proud of it.ever heard of PRACTICING first.what a mess .i am sorry but you have zero talent my friend and not even close to a clue as to what you are doing.you are going to damage your engine with that monstrosity.god i just looked at it again and i threw up a little in my mouth.i just spit it out and it turned out better than your ?what the hell is it anyway?MY GOD IS IT BAD.in all seriousness get some new material you cheap#@$* and start over.get rid of the pos fluxcore welder and practice a little bit.you have the idea but man your butchering the trade of welding and fabrication.i am a welder/fabricator for 30years now and i seriously take offence to this ----.you make us all look bad.110volt fluxcore welders should be at the bottom of the ocean.nuff said .i hope your joking.

LOL yes it really is ridiculously horribly shitty looking. wondering if he actually bolted it on with all those holes in it lmaoo ??? |
it's like a bad train wreck! carnage and destruction but you just can't look away.lol i am going to post these pics on the guiness book of records site under worst possible fabrication or biggest mistake ever made .looks more like a beginners fabrication/welding class for the blind and mentally challenged.not to mention spinning a bearing cause he put the cap on backwards.WTF! stay the hell outta that motor if your mechanical skills are as new and awful as your fabrication.which they seem to be.really man i give you an a+ for balls but a z- for execution.THROW IT AWAY!! SCRAP BINS ARE EASY TO FIND! i have to go and pour acid in my eyes now and get some therepy for the ptsd.

Yes the welds arent pretty at all, but he gets props from me for trying. Stop being asses and let the poor guy continue his work.

it's not so much that the welds are bad,it's all bad.the way he cut up the pipe and patched over it is laughable.he never even tried to mitre the curves at all even.and i think a mitre joint is ----.someone has to set him straight before he ruins his motor.give him all the props you want fella that's your call.but are you gonna pay for the damage he is going to cause to his car by the ignorance he is showing in his work and work ethics..it is the worst attempt i have ever seen to fab a curve in a pipe, the welds may hold but i dought it.he welded a cast iron housing to a steel flange with a fluxcore migwelder for christs sake.two dissimiliar metals with a freakin fluxcore.lets see wrong material ,wrong wire no gas, wrong procedure AND it looks like a dogs dinner.so call me an ass if you want but i'm probably doing him the biggest favour of his life.think of the backpressure that will be produced with those pipes .he seriously needs to throw them away and start new.if your gonna post pics of ---- like that expect negative feedback.you are definately living in a dreamworld if you think he should continue his so called WORK..poor guy my ass ,he is an embarrsment to the world of auto enthusiasts and the fabrication community.how good is this" poor guy" gonna feel when a chunk of that ---- goes through his motor?sorry but my opinion sticks.if they like they can delete my posts and cancel my membership but they might aswell change the name to BAD HOMEMADE TURBO.now lets all pat each other on the back and tell each other how good our crap work is and stick our heads in the sand and the bad man will go away.
