Here's what you do:

Go to www.google.com.

Click on the "image" text/tab thing.

Type "T3 Flange" and hit the "search images" button.

Look at all the pretty pictures!

Scroll down and hit the "next" button.

Look! More pretty pictures!

Scroll down and hit the "next" button again.

Hey! Halfway down this page is what you're looking for.

(Quick tip: Search and go directly to page 3)

That site, www.forcedinductions.com , was the one that I had come across in the past, and couldnt find again.

believe it or not, I wasnt being sarcastic...

I felt he was being condescending, but the instructions were def. helpful, and I found what I was looking for... so I thanked him... oh well, the typed word is not too good at inflection.
