Turbo flange CAD library?

Is there any online collection of *.dxf files of different flanges pertaining to turbos?

Specifically, I am looking for T3 flanges, exhaust housing outlet flanges and whatnot, but a general collection, if such a thing exists, would be awesome.

Defintely isnt
When I needed them, I looked everywhere.
You will probably find one or two different turbo flanges, but dont expect more.

Re: Turbo flange CAD library?

Not looking to make profit, Im looking to make a manifold and downpipe - and I need the *.dxf files to cut them on the laser cutter at work...

I remember seeing somewhere tech drawings of different garrett flanges, but i dont remember where now...oh, well, not hard to draw up my own, it just saves time to have the drawings.

LSD, you have a drawing of a straight T3 flange?

My god... It took me 2 minutes to find T3 sketches online using GIS.

Take a gasket, input it into the computer, then cut away.

If you have a laser cutter at work, I assume you also have access to the hardware to make a new pattern.

Re: Turbo flange CAD library?

Yeah, its a cnc laser, so you start with a dxf. Like I said, i can just draw them, but its a pita to measure the radii of the corners and whatnot. Plus, it doesnt exaclt look good to be measuring and drawing turbo parts while Im at my desk at work ;D

If I cant find what I was looking for, thats fine, just figured it wouldnt hurt to ask.

Here's what you do:

Go to www.google.com.

Click on the "image" text/tab thing.

Type "T3 Flange" and hit the "search images" button.

Look at all the pretty pictures!

Scroll down and hit the "next" button.

Look! More pretty pictures!

Scroll down and hit the "next" button again.

Hey! Halfway down this page is what you're looking for.

(Quick tip: Search and go directly to page 3)

believe it or not, I wasnt being sarcastic...

I felt he was being condescending, but the instructions were def. helpful, and I found what I was looking for... so I thanked him... oh well, the typed word is not too good at inflection.

Either way, thanks red95ex!

Just saw the spike in visitors from this site ;D . I made that site a while back when I was making a header for my volvo, I couldn't find any car files to send to my machine shop for flanges. Been hosting it ever since on my free 1&1 account 8)
