Man, I was having a good morning. Things where moving right along then I realized I had forgot to do something.

I didn't make the holes for the middle two runners. Had to cut the head flange off, drill the holes and ten weld it back on.

couldnt you drill them from the head side of the manifold

The ports are pretty small and square. With the head flange gone a hole saw fits perfect inside the tube and cuts down on a ton of grinding.
