I am going to be using the Rapid Bike III piggy back controller for timing and fuel controll, it is a neet little box.

Got the intercooler done tonight, pretty happy the way it turned out, my welding has gotten better.
I will post some pics latter.

Next I will have to make room for the charge tube, the way it is now the track is hitting it, It is going to take some thinking and some ------ with.

in theory, the inlet on that intercooler should have been put on the side with the larger volume. no doubt it will work the way it is but, i'm just saying...

this your first time tigging aluminum? welds look pretty good to me

 

I have tigged before, I do not do it enough to be good but it works for me. I just figured out that following with the filler rod makes a smaller neater weld, this was on the last 6 beads I plopped on........lol.

The intake is on the fat side of the tank. I think you are looking at the blow off valve.

 

I wish I lived somewhere that it would make sense to own a snowmobile...I've never even seen one(in real life). That ---- should be badasss...
