Default Some Stuff i made for a friend

nothing real special. i need to buy my own welder, all i had access to was a fluxcore. everything done with a hobart 140 with flux wire.

3" a/c capatible DP w/flex

wastegate elbow for his revhard manifold

wategate dumptube

and a couple close up pics of the welds. i was pretty happy with how they came out for fluxcore, i just wish i could have borrowed my buddy's mig to do all this. but for flux, i think its pretty good

and or course, signed by me

you know you all love the flux madness

Looks good.
Wrap pieces in loads of tin foil & it'll keep splatter off of it. One sheet won't help... The molten metal just blows through it, but it's all cool if you wrap a few layers.

Nice work!

Mind if I ask where ya go the two-bolt flange for the end of the downpipe? All I'm able to find locally is the three-bolt style for a header collector, and my fluxbeads are too tall.. they interfere with the bolt positioning on those flanges.

Edit: I looked around on ebay for about 10 seconds and found 'em. :1

Damn the welds on the flexpipe are awesome for a fluxcore.
