Looks tits. I just finished making a downpipe from my friends Mr. Two 2 nights ago that looks suprisingly familier. Yours looks way more pro than mine though :) Excellent work as always.

Re: some recent toyota fab
honestly i see some slight visual imperfections in your welds from time to time, or so it seems, but your ---- is always ------- amazing in looks and fit/function, which counts more? machine welds or crazy setups with no fitment issues?

Re: some recent toyota fab
at least he does it by hand, not some robot churning out manifolds that only pay for the cost of the robot.

Re: some recent toyota fab
yeah, i enjoy doing this stuff thanks guys. i like taking on a challenging project that most people wouldn't consider.
sometimes fitment isn't perfect and it isn't hard to spot those on manifolds (like the #3 to #4 runner joint). also, sometimes some areas are hard to get at to weld so they don't turn out as pretty as the easy to get at places. regardless, i will always stand behind my work and warranty it for life. that means if it doens't fit properly or it fails in any way, i will repair or replace it at my expense. and i'm not going to say i've never had to fix one, because i have had to fix some. atleast i learn from those issues and take corrective actions to prevent them from happening on any manifold i build in the future. in most cases it is the joint between the wastegate elbow and collector. aaron |
