Are you using a gas lens? Also a nice bevel on yout cuts get a good penatration and fill.

Are you using 308l or 308 for your Ls and Ts?

are you using your pulser? if so about how fast do you set it at? how much argon flow?

yes i use a gas lense and a 6 cup, no our old skool syncrowave doesnt have a pulser.

The only thing I could see using thin stuff on is thin stuff.

What syncrowave do you have?I have an old school 500 and it rules!
