Just get some eibach rear drag launch spring, get some slicks, and some agx's, $600 or so later, your well on your way. You can live without the shocks.

wow that would be a terrible ride for a street car, you are better off buying a used set of springs and shocks or if you got a few extra dollars maybe a used set of coilovers.
